Types of Sessions
Individual
Individual therapy allows you to receive the one on one care you may need. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. Therapy offers support, guidance and empowers you to see just how resilient you truly are.
Couple
Couples therapy attempts to improve romantic relationships and resolve interpersonal conflicts. Through couples counseling you can increase effective communication, become more present, rebuild and strengthen your relationship.
Family
Family therapy is a form of therapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members. In family therapy the entire unit works together to address the underlying issues of the system.
