Through a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, we’ll work collaboratively to identify goals for therapy at a pace that feels most comfortable to you. I use an integrative bio-psycho-social approach in developing an understanding of who you are as a whole person and adapt my approach to your needs and goals. I truly value the exploration of the whole person and all aspects of your experience, in order to better navigate difficult thoughts, feelings and relationship dynamics.
