Alyssa Lout

Alyssa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Substance Use Disorder Professional specializing in therapy with adolescents, couples, families and adults of all ages. Through a safe and encouraging environment, she works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, develop insight, and create lasting change in their lives. 

Alyssa was born and raised in Arizona. She migrated to the Pacific Northwest to attain her undergraduate and graduate education at Seattle University. Alyssa has had a passion for helping others since she was a child and has witnessed first hand the positive impact therapy and healing can have on an individual and their family.

Alyssa has provided mental health care in a variety of settings during her career including inpatient, intensive outpatient programs, detention centers and group practice. In addition she teaches at Seattle University in the graduate mental health counseling program and provides supervision for new therapists.
